Breaking the Bail Bond.
A case u/s Crpc 498A has been lodged againest Mr X.Mr X, Take anticipatory bail from upper court u/s 438,having condition as mention in the clause (1),(2) and (3) further Mr X also take bail from lower court u/s 437(case is running in the loewr court). Mr X left for London(UK) without the knowledge and priour permission of the court.After knowing this the lower court judge charged Mr X for his misconduct and the judge is in openion that Mr X can't leave INDIA without the permission of court for Abored as both the bail (438 and 437)is still inforce.
The Next hearing date is in the next month. The lower court Judge asked Mr X' lawyer to produce the rule in support of his such miss conduct.
I like to know(1) as to wheather Mr X can go abord under this condition? (2) Is there any rule in support of MR X for breakage of such bail bonds? (3) If punishment is accorded,the nature of punishment and expected priod of conviction?

1)for going abroad court's permission is required.
2)the court can cancel bail bonds and issue warrant/proclamation for his production .
3)as court thinks fit but may include police custody/arrest until final disposal of the case.

A person on bail should strictly follow the conditions imposed in bail order.

You can show your urgency in london and now furnish a fresh bail bond and also file an application for permanent getting passport to leave India in furture.
