my brother was arrested in first week of novenber11, but still police has harresting my brother in the name of investigation. so my question is there any time limit of investigation?

' but still police has harresting '- what does this mean? is it arresting or harassing? How you feel it as harassment? No, there is no time limit. In case you feel, it is unfair on the part of the police, you can file writ petition to protect yr fundamental rights

60 days and 90 days depending upon the offence. police may even take longer. what is the offence.

No time limit to complete investigation as per Cr.P.C.
However, courts like High Court or Supreme Court may fix time limit to complete investigation.
