Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
my brother in law has broken my front two teeth a month ago when i was shouting at my parents. my father was fighting with cancer and i have to go back to work to dubai as to clear my money. Now can I go back and file FIR i.e. after couple of months after the incident?

in case there is a medical proof of the same, the criminal complaint may be filed before the magistrate.

Yes you can file complaint with medical evidence before local police with details. If police is not registering your case you can move before concern Magistrate
