Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

I brought one residential flat in my area before 2 and 1/2 years

back. In that flat one asbastos room was attached with that

flat but it was not mentioned in my DEED of Conveyence. Just one month

back when I repaired the said flat then the original land owner filed a

suit against me that the said asbostos room is not belong to me but I

was using that room last 2 and 1/2 years and it was in my custody. After

filed the suit the land owner with the help of local police and local

people vacated my room throwing all of belongings and occupied that asbostos

room. Please help me out.

in case it is written in the sale deed that the room having asbestos sheets is also sold off, the act of seller is illegal and you may seek appropriate legal remedy by way of filing a suit for possession and declaration and also by moving a criminal complaint of trespass against the seller and his accomplices in the crime.
