Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
My business friend after some dispute file a police complaint under sec 406/420 with local influence and the police obtained NBW from CJM without filing FIR but under investifgation and without me being served any summons as I was abroad. Now the police file application for PO.
I only come to know through anotehr friend. What shall be the remeady available and action to follow?Thanking you,

Your facts are not clear or are contradictory . Is there any FIR against you ? Or your friend has filed a complaint u/s 200 Crpc . Police files an application for Po only if there is a FIR against you .In both situation you have to go for anticipatory bail. Please clarify the same to get legal opinion.
