Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
If someone so called guru , a religious preacher , who is married , makes relationship with unmarried girl speaking lie that his wife is ill and he has no sexual relations with her & promises love & lifelong care taking , but will not marry . And after some time that girl comes to know that because he himself is a diabetic patient & is having problems in sex , but because doctor has told him that if he sleeps with any other young & beautiful girl he may recover his sex problem , he has used her and when has come to know that he cannot recover , he is breaking up with this girl and telling her that he loves his 10 year old married friend .
His 10 year old friend is also torturing & harassing this girl now to stay away from him .
His wife & family know everything about this girl and also 10years old friend but are along with him quite .
Any legal action can be taken in order to punish and expose such person and not for rape or marriage .
Please throw light ....
