Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Case No. 1 - A, B and C (abscond) charged under IPC 420 and 34 in one court.
Case No. 2 - Again A, B and D charged (trialed) under IPC 420, 468 and 34 within 7 days difference of first case in another court. Both charges framed in 3/2002. In case No. 2 accused A, B and D aquitted in 2012. Then whether A and B can get benefit of CrPC 300?
