Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
For the same case, I am being charged two times with same offence, one by food inspector and another by the police. I have taken bail for the offence for which the punishment is greater. Do I need to give the bail again for that smaller offence also?
If no, then under which law and under which section?

If 2 different offences have been registered, then there will be 2 separate bails.
If facts and circumstances of both the offence are same, then you may apply to court to club both the cases. In such event, there may not be 2 separate bails.
