Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Case was filed under secrion 138N.I against me.. Petitioner produced my bounced cheque and promissory note to the court..and he mentioned in that petition i rejected legal notice for 2 times..But i did not received any legal notice..i found that he was mentioned wrong house number in that notice....How can i proceed further and what are the chances to demolish this case..Please guide me..
