Case history

I have invested in rs 2.04 lakhs (rs6000 x 34 goats) in beetal live stocks pvt ltd www.indiagoatfarming.com through pune rented office(one employee was my friend) (advt in local newspaper like lokmat.)comp regd in gurgaon having office in gurgaon

investment scheme was 1) double in 3 years 2)2% int every month for 3 years by pdc. document promise to provide 1)bank guarantee 2)agreement 3) goat insurance in my name 4) Post dtd cheques for rs 4080/-

now company has close pune office . only 11 pdc were received which has bounce. the owners talk phone for 1st month & assured to return money back. now they dont pick the phone

should fir should be file against them and notice send by lawyer

can the case be file in nashik

can this case stand in consumer court for unfair trade practices in nasik or pune

marketing by website so can it come under cyber crime what else sec can be use

can it come under company law

sebi or rbi can be contacted for this & how

sebi had 2 months before blocked there a/c on complaint by indiabulls

10.09.10 beetal started office in pune

15.10.10 payment made by cheque for 2.04lakhs

15.10.10 gave terms & cond on letter head & receipt for 34 goats

25.10.10 received 11 pdc in my name rs.4080/-

01.11.10 pune office closed by owners

01.11.10 when employees contacted said salary not received & partners went to gurgaon

02.11.10 when phoned said a/c blocked by sebi will open in 45 days & funds will be return back on 15.12.10

20.11.2010 1st pdc rs 4080 bounce

15.12.10 gave next date 20.12.10 then 25 then 5th jan

20.12.10 2nd pdc rs 4080 bounce

05.01.11 not ans to phone calls

You can take both civil as well as criminal action in the matter.

As far as jurisdiction of various courts/authorities is concerned, same would depend on facts and/or documents.

As regards criminal action under NI Act is concerned, if the cheque is returned / dishonoured at Nashik, you can file a complaint at Nashik.
