Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
IN a case U/s 364,323,504,506 IO submitted Final report which was rejected by the court and order for further investigation was given. The IO again submitted final report without specifying any genuine reason. Is there any ruling of High Court OR Supreme Court further investigation and action against the IO.Please give the Ruling No.
