Case 420IPC 406IPC India both parties want to compromise . 1st hearing of case is after some day, how legally do compromise and what is the legal process?

first prepare the mutual compromise deed and then quash the FIR through high court.

you can just give application in the court stating that you both have compromise amicably. Other option is ask the complainant to give pursis in the court stating that the complainant wants to withdraw the case.
