Case laws - further investigation

yesterday i have asked following questions.

1)Who is the trail court in case of offence under sec 395? whether JMFC or session court.

2)Is session court authorise to order further investigation after the charges are framed by JMFC but before the trial is commenced before session court.?

I have received following answers :-

From- Sudershan Goel-Both the courts may order re-investigation of the case under Section 173 (8) of Cr. P. C

From - Shrichand Nahar-

1. Sessions Court.

2. If case is committed, sessions court. Else committal court.

I have date with the court on monday. I NEED SOME CASE LAWS FOR THE ABOVE MENTIONED QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS TO PRODUCE BEFORE COURT. Could you provide me the case laws for above Q and A? And i am really thankfull to sudarshan goel and Shrichanda nahar for their efforts

they have put in giving me the answers. It would be really great if you people provides me case laws for above mentioned Q and A.

It may be better to conduct your case through a local lawyer. However, you may refer to the provisions of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973.
