Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
The case is in Noida. My employee is facing investigation after a FIR was filed. He feels IO is biased. How can he request for change of IO?

you may move an application before the magistrate of the police station where case is pending for changing the IO n before that, you may meet the SSP, Noida.
