Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

a case has been registered again my nephew under section ipc326,307/34 deu to his involvment shown by police in a acid case but in actual he is not involved in the case and does not know anything about the case.1 of the 3 girls is saying his name may be under pressure police is searching him how can i get bail from high court and what we should do to get out of the case. plz suggest

with your prima facie evidence of his non involvement, file an application for anticipatory bail in the court of Session Judge of your district. If you do not succeed here, then you should go to high court of your state.

It is difficult to get anticipatory bail from sessions or High Court at this juncture. What exactly is the role assigned to him in the FIR and why one of the girl is taking his name ? Please clarify.

If he apply under section 438 Cr. P. C., he may be granted anticipatory bail, in which case in case of arrest he would be released on bail immediately by police.
