Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
a case has been registered again my nephew under section ipc326,307/34 deu to his involvment shown by police in a acid case.police is searching him how can i get bail from high court weather his bail is rejected by distt court and also a dispute about his age.we have the certificates of his qualification which is shown his age 17 years&the;opposite party produce his birth certificate which is shown him 18+ so please suggest the better options

no better option than birth certificate. If the certificate produce by opposite party is fake you can prove it.
For bail by high court, appropriate application is to be made.
Birth certificate will be taken as proof of age. If you have evidence, you may prove birth certificate produced by opposite party as fake.
Anticipatory bail is must for your nephew . Engage a good lawyer.
