Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
In case of registration of General Power of Attorney, if the main document is duly registered before the Sub Registrar say on 10th of August ( For example), and next day on the 11th the Attestation of the document is carried out by forging the executant's signature will the entire Power Of Attorney be termed as forged?

it is the document of 11th august will be considered forged. it does not affect the poa duly executed on 10th

no the entire poa will not be forged.

yes, the cumulative effect would be to render the POA a forged document.
