Case Status in a Court

Is there any way to get the Status of a Case without going to Court and without contacting the lawyer. Through Phone or through online. Please advice. Thanks

Try court website. Most of the high courts as also district courts have websites.

If it is a high court you can check online or for any other lower courts you may have to visit personally with the case number and check in the court.

very few courts of india are online.

so it is not possible, you can get the list of courts on line at courts.nic.in
