Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
In case 1, witness "A" has said that he himself settled the creditors. I am facing a case "2" under crpc 420 on allegation of "not clearing creditors". If I give witness "A" certified copy in case "2", then will court call him for witness/cross examination.

Non payment to creditor itself is not an offence. Be better informed about your case.
