Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
There are some cases against me on charges of IPC 506 & IPC 509 and U/s 66 r/w 43 A & 67 of IT Amendment act and sections 107, 108, 120, 383, 501 & 508 of IPC...All these are false cases and can't be proved by the complainant. In lieu of that, she wants to compromise with me. Is it better for me to go for a compromise or should i ask her to go for withdrawal? What is the difference between the two? I want to make sure that there should be no effect on me with the above charges in future as i am an IT professional. Also is there any way to make sure that she don't reopen them either by herself or through any of her relatives in future in any court? She don' want to pursue further on these cases and so am i...Hence we agreed to compromise. Please suggest me how i can proceed. Also tell me what i the process for any best solution.

"She don' want to pursue further on these cases and so am i...Hence we agreed to compromis"
Then why do u worried abt it
File a petition u/s 482 of Crpc before the High Court for withdrawl of these cases against you by your wife that automatically means the cases filed by your wife has been been withdrawn by her and the fir has been quashed.
it is better to compromise the matter by executing an agreement and while withdrawing the cases, the agreement should be filed in the court in order to avoid future litigation. contact a lawyer for getting the agreement drafted.
