Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
cash of dishonoured chque of rs 245000, if on judgement we request to court that we will pay that much amount can court give the time for payment how many days court can give, we had punished in trial court now revision in session court can u explained me what is the differance between appeal & revision

Unless complainant agree for compounding, mere payment of amount of cheque may not absolve you of the offence. At the most, such payment may be mitigating circumstance for a lesser punishment.
