are celebrity pgotos copyrighted
My wife wrote my wife's name in the photo of an actress with the help of computer DTP two years ago.My question is are photos of celebrities that are found in net for public are copy righted?If yes then can i lodge complain against my wife for writing her name with the help of computer DTP in the photos of an actress.

You may not only be wasting your time and energy on the proposed futile complaint against your wife, but may also invite criminal prosecution thereby resulting into a possible jail term for committing cruelty and domestic violence.
