Photo copy ke papers se forge signature ki jaanch ho sakti hai kya genuine hai ya forge hai? YA orignal documents or orignal signature ki zaroorat hai signature ki forencic jaanch ke lian.Agar ho sakti hai to kahan se karaun ?

A lab examination is possible if the dispute is pending in court; you may file an application for sending the disputed document to Government Laborary - CFSL - for opinion on "questioned signatures".

Only prima facie opinion can be given from photocopy.

For conclusive opinion, original disputed document with specimen and admitting writing will be necessary.
