I have filed for maintenance under sec 125.I am not happy with my present lawyer.I wants to change my lawyer. Now my present lawyer is saying that if i have to change him then i need to give him money to get his no objection. As money he is asking for next hearing's his and his junior fees though he will not appear my new lawyer will appear. So i will have to pay both my new lawyer his fees and old lawyer his fees to get back brief from old lawyerOtherwise he will not return me brief and will not give me no objection. Is it true that i have to give him money to get back brief and and no objection?

You may be required to pay your old lawyer the fee already committed with him and not the fee for future / next hearing. You may take up the matter with the local Bar Association or with the State Bar Council.
Re: change my lawyer
Approach the High Court Bar to understand the procedure for termination of the appointment of a lawyer. However, prior to termination you may have to settle the fees committed. But no fees need to be paid for the future hearings.

Re: change my lawyer
No objection necessary, if you do not terminate services of your existing lawyer by following prescribed procedure.
Re: change my lawyer
High Court of each state has made its rules regarding the termination of services of a counsel. You send notice to the advocate that you do not require his services and he issues his NOC (naturally after clearing his account with you) and returns you the brief and papers
Re: change my lawyer
no objection is necessary from the previous lawyer to engage a new lawyer, however you can write to the court about the conduct of your lawyer
