Is charge and copy of FIR is right of accused FROM police ?
could accused asked for copy of charge sheet and Copy of FIR from I.O. before filing charge sheet in cpurt ?

in a very recent judgment of Delhi High court, it has been held that the accused can ask for a copy of the FIR before filing of charge sheet in the High court. In fact, in delhi, it has been made mandatory for the IO to supply a copy of the FIR to the accused.
