Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
once charge sheet is placed on a criminal complaint, how to get those charge sheets?
is it like we can get only in the court when it is summoned? or is that possible to get in another way? is it a public document that one can get through right to information act?

One can apply and get certified copy of the charge sheet from the court.
