Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
charge sheet has been filed with sec 420 and 120 by the CBI in case connected to a supply of items to railways. But i have no other role other than to supply to the contractor who had secured the tender. The CBI does not have any evidence of my wrong doing. What should i do ? can I get an aniticipatory bail or a regular bail and will be it on a personal bond or surities

per the facts disclosed, it seems to be a good case, unless the goods supplied itself were alleged to be bad.
