After obtaining the copy, scruitinize it to see if you have received all the papers so disclosed in the charge sheet. If you do not have an advocate or you cannot afford an advocate, request the court for an advocate to be appointed for you free of cost, be it may an amicus curie or an advocate from government legal aid. Examine your charge sheet and the statement of witnesses for ingredients of 420. accordingly, you may apply for bail.
