Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
i am being charged under ipc 420,406. the charge-sheet is yet to be produced before the court. now my question is ,how many days or rather years will it take for the result of this petition? also there's a high possibility of another dozens of 138 cases being filed against me in future .... plz guide me regarding the what has to be done and what not has to be to avoid 138 or tackle them. also plz tell me what are the consequences of the ipc 138., and how long does it take for the case to end.
all i need is some time to end this cases by compromise and by finding out a way for it... for that i need some time to figure out things... That's the reason why i am desperatly asking about the durations of the cases mentioned above..
