we are charged for ipc 468 467 471 120 in this matter we are interested to compromise, what shoud be ur advice on that. Second party also intersted in this. the case is under trial in lower court for judgement plz advice

All the sections mentioned herein above are non-compoundable as defined u/s 320 Crpc ,it means it cannot be compounded by the victim/complainant or by the court but if the Complainant is not interested to pursue his case against you , then you can move a petition u/s 482 before the High Court to quash the FIR with the help of the Complainant.
