Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

I was charged by IPC 272/273 (noxious milk) and was arrested and then got the bail. The case had 25 witnesses(govt + private) of 161 CRPC. The milk got clear certificate from the lab rotary stating that the milk is of premium quality. It has been proven that the FIR filed was due to enmity and was false. We are quite sure that we will get the order of false report from the court.

Q1. Now what can we do against false complainant and witnesses so that they will get heavy punishment?

Q2. Under 211 IPC, the proceedings will be done during the trial or after the judgment of the court or how can we proceed in it?

Please let us know in detail whichever law and proceeding are applicable on them so that the false complainant and witnesses can get strong prosecution.

if u are acquitted by the court, you can sue them for malicious prosecution or defamation ,

In case of adulterated milk, in the event of a negative forensic report, it is highly improbable that police will be able to file a charge-sheet and court take cognizance and issue process.
