i am charged for an offence U/s 120b & 420 I.P.C. Pat 65 days inside the jail.charge sheet not filed by the complainant. Can i released on bail U/s 167 (2 ) Cr.P.C?

Charge sheet is filed by the police and not by the complainant . Yes you can apply for bail as charge sheet is suppose to be filled within 60 days. you can be released on bail u/s167 Cr.P.C. provided there is no State amendment to the said section in the State where the offences alleged to have been committed.
