Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

We have been cheated and forced by Country vacations india to pay rs 35000/- for 5years hoildays, tough I have all receipts, they said we have paid them only Rs. 25000/- and till date they have not given us any holidays as per their contract.

Is there any way I can claim back my money or complain agaisnt them.
