Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
check bounced,notice issued,received request to represent,again bounced,again issued notice,a case registered with condone of delay caused for filing the complaint for the first notice and with in time from the second notice.
Please confirm the second notice is correct !

once the notice was issued after the first return memo, the second notice has made the cause of action invalid.
