Cheque bounce appeal
I am complainant. Convict deposited compensation amount in court. Pending appeal I received court cheque for compensation. appeal is pending. what is the status of the appeal suspending sentance?

Depends upon what the order of the appellate court. Somethin is missing in your facts, I guess.

Status of appeal can be checked from the record of the court in which it is filed or pending.

Your case comes under Sec138 N.I Act. please come out with more information in order to direct you in a proper manner. Only compensations has been granted or any imprisonment also. Because only in case of imprisonment suspension of sentence can be applied for along with the appeal.
