cheque bounce case
i filed cheque bounce case against a person .court has passed NBW against him but police is not arresting him although he is availale. what to do?

Inform higher police authorities and the court in writing.

Apply to the court for contempt proceedings against the police.

You should approach the higher officials of police by giving proper information about the person against whom NBW has been issued by court. Legally, you can also get hold of the person with the help of your friends and produce him before police station or the court on the basis of NBW.
