Re: Cheque bounce case in india

since the matter is already subjudised in civil court so the filing of complaint subsequently by CITI bank is an abuse of process of law and the complaint is liable to be dismised.probably citi bank might have concealed material fact of case. You contest the case.Citi bank is well known for their mischeavious acts and deeds. There is non reason to deposit the cheque ammount.Fight for justice. For any other query or assistance you may contact me.

If the complaint filed against you is false, you will be acquitted by the Court and Court can also take action against the Citi Bank for filing false complaint against you.

Re: Cheque bounce case in india

you have a very good criminal case to proceed against the bank as narrated by you. In Lok Adalats, your matter is not going to be settled as Lok Adalats are meant for concilation and by consent of both parties. You both are at dispute, hence there are no chances of settlement in Lok Adalat. Better to proceed in court of law to get justice.

Re: Cheque bounce case in india

first: not entering the amount in the cheque is ur fault and for this u can not claim cheating or something else.

second: citibank has many such cases so i think that you will surely have something in your favour.

third: getting them proceeded ex parte in civil matter is a very good thing for you (if the case has been drafted with purpose).

you seems to have good position but without perusing the papers its difficult to advice properly
