Cheque bounce
Is the case 138 Negociable Instrumental Act maintainable if notice is given firstly by wife and then after secondly by husband and complain is registered on second notice. Waiting for hearing from your side .

No.In such circumstance complaint u/s 138 N.I.Act is not maintainable.Details of case is required to be examined to give accurate openion.

it depends on the fact as to who is the holder in due course of the cheque in issue.
