My cheque bounce case which is in trial
I gave 1 Lakh in cash as a Hand loan to a lady and she gave me a post dated cheque in return.I had deposited and it got returned due to insufficient funds.
I had severed notice and didnt get reply and filed a case in court.She appeared in court and she had refused that she got loan from me.
Now case is in court .Will I win the case?Any tips to avoid loss?
She had changed her counsellers 3 times.She didnt appear last time and judge closed the cross evidence verification against Me by her lawyer.i THINK her lawyer will file new 311 petition..
what would be the winning possibility?how long it will take?
