cheque bounce case

my wife has filed cheque bounce case against share broker.actuall only I know a-z of the share transaction,stock market,she does not know anything.CAN I HUSBAND TAKE POWER OF ATTORNEY from WIFE TO PRESENT /ARGUE THE CASE in addition to my lawyer who also does not know any thing about share market

Consider invoking provisions of section 302 Cr.P.C.

Alternatively, you can appear and depose as witness of the complainant.

You can get power of attorney and then argue the matter with the permission of court but try to hire an advocate who is having knowledge of share market or teach your advocate about share market.
