Cheque bounce

Some one cheat me . Took my cheque for other purpose .And now he isn putting fir against me us 138. Pls provide solution

You have to build up your case with reliable documents etc..

If you do not have documents to prove that you were cheated, then you should be able to defend in such a way that the facts is believable with the support of witnesses.

As the trial commences a cute and intelligent lawyer can cross-examine the complainant and bring out the real facts as it happened. Its the only last resort... the cross-examination of the complainant is the only weapon you have to escape from and get acquitted.

The only solution is to put your facts in your defence or issue a legal notice to him. Contact personally if possible.
