cheque bounce
Dear sir
I recived a cheque fro Rs 50000, and when present to a bank they said no funds. i took money from others for intrest. now can i claim more money from that person

yes but for that you have to file civil suit for recovery under order 37 alongwith criminal complaint under section 138 NIA
