cheque bounce issue
hi i invested some money in a company and my friend gave me cheque saying that if is false company you can encash the cheque. Now i went to bank but there is not sufficient amount in his account. What to do to get back the mony?

You may contact a local lawyer and issue a legal notice u/s. 138 of the NI Act and do rest of the proceedings as your lawyer says.

You can file a suit for recovery of your money.
You can also file criminal case u/s.138 NI Act. However, in criminal case, you can not claim money.
