self cheque bounce
My previous company had issued me a self cheque and it got bounced.
Now they are refusing to pay me.
Kindly tell me if I can sue the company for cheque bounce.

Yes go ahead you may sue him by both ways civil and criminal.

Yes of course. Chq bouncing is a criminal offence and you can sue the company u/s 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act.
