cheque bounce

sir, i had owned money from my anty rs 3lakhs for rate of intrest 10%per month i have paid her not less then 9lakhs in return .now i said i cant pay any more she had put case saying i should pay her 15lakhs .& said that she will not take less then 15lakhs she is having cheque & bond of mine which are signed its a blank cheque & bond so what is the action i should take to protect.pls give me some solution.

You need to finalised your defence depending on the allegations contained in the demand notice and complaint.

You may also consider initiating counter action as per advice of your lawyer.

You may file a suit for settlement of account on the basis of payments already made by you.

You may be need to prove the payment of rupees nine lacs you claim you have made to her.
