cheque bounce
Hi,
This is for ur kind information that, i gave money (Rs. 65000) to a guy since he was refered to me thro' a reliable person. now that after a long time of disturbance he gave an ICICI cheque to me which was bounced due to insufficient fund last week. the account is in his name & can u suggest me in wat way i can take legal action on him??? pls..

you need to send a notice immediately within one month from the date of return of cheque and seek further assistance of a proper advocate in this matter without wasting any time.

You need to serve a demand notice on the drawer of cheque within stipulated time. If drawer fails to pay the amount within stipulated period, you can initiate prosecution within a stipulated period.
