Cheque Bounced- 138 Ni Act/ 141-142, of Corporate Co.

Dear sir,

A Corporate issued cheque against the approved checked bill,

as dicounted in hurry by beneficiary, same was stopped by company, after getting the knowledge, and few persons were nmed and issued summons by M.M Court, Mumbai, few are still to get listed.

The Co. challanged the Process issued by MM Court, not the compalint,

Also, co. deposited cheque amount,

when their criminal revison appication is '' dismissed and rejected''.

again Co. applied for stay U/s.482, in Bombay Hi Court, a partial stay is granted for not to appear in M M -court of Mumbai.

This had taken 2 yrs, as afast track appointed courts, again Complainant have to move to High court & spent money from his own pocket, against the company's funds of Financial institutions with Share holders funds,?

A citation was made from Supreme court - jc Arijit pasayat & Jc Subramanium case, 702 of 2007, '' All are responsible and its for accused to prove as they are not guilty and involved,but court is making clear cut favour in this case.

its observed very clearly, that a fast track M M court on paper , but the High court grant Stay for 4 weeks returnale which gets stayed for more then year, company failed to refund depoist and other dues, involeved in jointly
