if the resolution of a pvt ltd company is signed only by the managing director of the company to appear in court of law, is it valid and if yes then the reference of which case

plz go through the Memorandum of Association and Articles of the Company.

if the resolution has been passed in the meeting of the Board Of Directors and the true extracts has been produced in the court, then the MD can sign the same

The resolution will be valid only if it in consonance with the Articles of the company.

Resolution is singed by the Directors present in the meeting of the board.

However, an extract of Resolution is normally singed by one of them.

Check the document to ascertain its exact nature.
