Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I have a cheque dishonoured on technical reqasons i.e the issuer is intentionally altered the name of the drawee. I have informed the person in writing, but no response, what should be done to register a case of cheating, and which place it should be filed? The place of the bank, where the cheque was dishonoured or the place where the cheque was handed?
