Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
my cheque is loss by bank what can i do first time i deposit the cheque and cheque is bounced and returned then i deposit again and again bounced and cheque is lossed by courrier of bank the 138 is maintainable ?

once the cheque is lost by the bank, the bank records can be summoned to prove the case by leading pre summoning evidence.
